Email me to arrange a 15 minute phone call. This is an informal chat to ask me any questions you may have, and I can ask a few questions to make sure I am the right counsellor for you. We can then arrange our first zoom session

60 Minute Counselling Sessions

£65 per session

Individual therapy sessions on zoom. Short or long term, usually at the same day and time each week

90 Minute Counselling Session

£85 per session

Consider this a session and a half, helpful if you feel you need a little longer to process the session, are feeling overwhelmed or in a crisis

6 Week Narcissistic Parent Recovery Course

This gentle, 6-week one-to-one online course is for adult children of a narcissistic parent who are ready to understand what really happened, break free from guilt and people-pleasing, and begin healing in a safe, supportive space. With weekly private zoom sessions, practical tools, and compassionate guidance from a qualified therapist who truly gets it, you’ll learn to set boundaries without shame, calm your nervous system, and finally feel like you, not who they wanted you to be.
