Email me to arrange a 15 minute phone call. This is an informal chat to ask me any questions you may have, and I can ask a few questions to make sure I am the right counsellor for you. We can then arrange our first zoom session
60 Minute Counselling Sessions

Individual therapy sessions on zoom. Short or long term, usually at the same day and time each week

I have created 3 week courses that consist of 3-1 hour coaching zoom sessions with me, focused on a specific issue. From learning how to heal and recover from a toxic parent, to learning how to manage your relationship with them.
